Could have been a princess, a king ...

As you may or may not know, I'm on a never-ending search for the perfect mascara. Being of oriental descent, I unfortunately suffer from rather short eyelashes, and therefore need both length and volume. Usually I need to use at least 2 mascaras, 3 if I really want to go for the dramatic look. However, having discovered the L'oreal False Lash Telescopic, I only need to use it to achieve long lashes.

As you can see, there's such a dramatic difference between my natural lashes and even just curling them, but once I put those two coats of mascara on, it's as if eyelashes have just magically appeared. I really cannot praise this enough, and for anyone who suffers with the same problem as I do with short eyelashes, then I really do advise that you go out and pick this up. I think it does just a good a job as higher end mascaras, such as Lancome ones, for just £10.99. Granted, that is on the higher end of drugstore mascara prices, but for the result it gives, I would definitely say it's worth it.

The packaging is simple and classy, typical of L'oreal mascaras  on the whole. I use the waterproof version due to my oily eyelids, as otherwise it'll just slide right off my lashes during the day.

The wand is plastic, with lots of small plastic bristles, meaning it's easy enough to coat every lash, and load on the mascara without it clumping too much.

from london, with love.

  2. I've never tried to false lashes, but love the regular telescopic - will have to give this a go, once I lift my shopping ban! x

Which eyelash curler are you using? The results look amazing, I'd never think you had short lashes :)

    1. It's one I got from Japan by a brand called Koji. They're known as the dupes for Shu Uemura curlers over there. I'm sure you can find them online though. They're significantly cheaper, and as you can see, deliver amazing results! Thanks for following :) Nx
